Customer Services Assistant Part-Time

HMT Sancta Maria Hospital is currently looking for experienced, committed and enthusiastic part time (22.5 hrs per week) Customer Services Assistant to join our busy and diverse Customer Service Department.

The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 5.00pm to support with inpatient booking and notes.

We are the only private hospital in Swansea offering a wide range of procedures carried out by a number of our leading consultants. As a not-for-profit organisation, Sancta Maria hospital is passionate about putting the patient first and we are committed to developing a five-star hospital which will set new standards in clinical care and patient experience in South West Wales.

This is an exciting time to be a part of the team at Sancta Maria Hospital as we have commenced the build of a brand-new state-of-the-art private hospital which will be situated in the SA1 area of Swansea due to be completed in early 2021.


Previous customer service experience essential with healthcare experience as desirable.
