Good luck to Great Grimsby 10k runners
Good luck to everyone taking part in the Ørsted Great Grimsby 10K tomorrow!
We are once again proud to be supporting the fully-booked event, taking place virtually and for real this year.
The amazing charities participants will be supporting are: Harbour Place; Marie Curie; St Andrew’s Hospice; The Health Tree Foundation; the RNLI; Blue Lights Brigade; and A Platform To Talk.
St Hugh’s has supported Harbour Place for many years and works closely with St Andrew’s Hospice. A pound from every race entry will be put into a pot and shared among the seven benefitting organisations. In 2019, the race helped raise £18,500, so let’s hope for similar success this time round.
Race organiser Tape2Tape has made a guide for runners and you can view it here: https://tinyurl.com/GYrunnerguide
And if you’re planning on going along the route to cheer everyone on, don’t forget there are road closures (view here: https://tinyurl.com/GYroadclosures).
