Sancta Maria currently have the exciting opportunity for a full time Customer Service Assistant to join our team,
The successful candidates will work within our Inpatients team acting as a key contact for all of our patients, Consultant users and colleagues, relating to inpatient and surgical admission, ensuring an excellent level of customer service at all times
We are the only private hospital in Swansea offering a wide range of procedures carried out by a number of our leading consultants.

This is an exciting time to be a part of the team at Sancta Maria Hospital as we have recently opened our state-of-the-art private hospital situated in the SA1 area of Swansea.
The customer service assistant's main duties in the inpatients team will be:
- creating inpatient and surgical bookings on our patient administration system
- providing high quality, accurate communication with patients at all times
- liaising with patients to answer queries in a courteous, professional and efficient manner
- act as a liaison to Consultant users and secretaries to ensure that they are fully appraised of their diary commitments.
- act as a liaison for clinical and non-clinical teams to provide accurate updates of the theatre diary
- be be responsible for ensuring all patients are reviewed in a timely manner
