Following the growth of our Customer Services Team at out state-of-the-art hospital situated in the SA1 area of Swansea, we are looking for Bank Customer Services assistants to join our team.
We are only private hospital in Swansea offering a wide range of procedures carried out by a number of our leading consultants. As a not-for-profit organisation, Sancta Maria hospital is passionate about putting the patient first.
This is a 'Bank' post to cover annual leave, sickness, and support busy periods within the hospital. The successful candidate would support our Customer Services team during their service hours between Monday - Friday, 8am - 18.00pm
- Experience working in a customer services and administrative role

Handle patient inquiries in a professional manner

Provide accurate information to patients about our services.
- High Standard of Accuracy
- Ability to Prioritise and strong Organisational Skills
- Experience of Administration Tasks within a Clinical Environment
