Community Awards 2021: It’s judging time

Judging day for The Community Awards 2021 is almost here! 

We’ve had our work cut out creating a shortlist for the panel, who are meeting in early August to decide who will take home the accolades of Volunteer of the Year, Fundraiser of the Year, Team of the Year, Carer of the Year, and Unsung Hero.

As reported, we have teamed up with the radio station Lincs FM to celebrate everything great about our communities.

The winners will be announced at a special ceremony in September.

Lincs FM presenter Ross Carrick, pictured looking through the many nominations received, said:

“Each and every nomination is worthwhile in its own way… really, everyone is a winner – and in turn that means the communities we live in are winning each and every single day.”

St Hugh’s Hospital’s director, Ashley Brown, said:

“We are all about community here at St Hugh’s. After the challenging time we’ve all been through, this really is something positive to look forward to.”
