Mr Dharamavaram graduated from NTR University of Health Sciences and underwent postgraduate surgical training Masters in General Surgery at Government College Mysore in India. In the UK he completed his higher surgical training in East Midlands before he was appointed as Consultant Surgeon at Lincoln Hospital. He completed a fellowship programme in laparoscopic / trans anal minimally invasive surgery (TaTME) from the renowned advanced laparoscopic unit at Colchester General Hospital, Essex. Mr Dharmavaram is a laparoscopic gastrointestinal and colorectal surgeon working in United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. His areas of expertise include general abdominal surgery, diagnostic laparoscopy, laparoscopic and open complex abdominal wall hernia repairs, laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
