Our private radiology service provides X-ray imaging at St Hugh’s Hospital in Grimsby.

X-rays are commonly used to produce images of bones and other structures within the body and may form part of the investigation of pain, injury or other symptoms.

What happens at your appointment?

Our radiology team will explain what is required and position you appropriately for the images requested.

The number of images or views required will depend on the area being investigated and the clinical information provided.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. With sufficient notice, you will have the option to reschedule your appointment.

If your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or you do not attend, the appointment will be forfeited, and you will lose the cancellation fee paid at the time of booking.

In the rare event that HMT needs to cancel your appointment, we will arrange a new appointment for you.
