What can you do in one hour?

Well, Tina Borman, our Accounts Assistant, gave it her all and ran the Great Grimsby 10K – in under an hour, in fact.

She took part virtually in this year’s race, which raised money for several local good causes.

Tina, from Grimsby, has worked at the hospital for 14 years this year. She said: “I really enjoyed it. My time was 57.57, which I was pleased with. 

“I have run this race most years since it began. I usually try to run two to three times a week as I enjoy getting out in the fresh air. As long as I am healthy, I will be doing next year’s race.”

St Hugh’s, as reported, has sponsored the race since its inception in 2016 – and we are delighted to announce we have already extended our support to the race in 2022.
