Dr Sudhakar Allamsetty
MBBS, MRCGP, PGCert Cardiology, PGCert Diabetes, PGCert Medical Education
General Practitioner
Dr Sudhakar Allamsetty is a General Practitioner at HMT St Hugh’s Hospital in Grimsby, with over sixteen years of experience in UK primary care. His special interests are diabetes management, joint and soft tissue injections, minor skin procedures and cardiovascular health. He is a GP Partner and Clinical Director at SLC Medical Group in Grimsby and an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at Hull York Medical School.
A lot of what people need does not require a hospital specialist. A painful shoulder that would settle with an injection, a skin tag catching on clothing, diabetes that needs a proper unhurried review rather than a ten-minute slot. Those things are genuinely straightforward, but they are also exactly what gets pushed down the queue. Dr Allamsetty’s clinic exists to deal with them quickly, and to point you to the right specialist if it turns out you do need one.
