Miss Noemi Kelemen is a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at HMT St Hugh’s Hospital in Grimsby. Her NHS practice includes skin cancer surgery and free flap reconstruction, a technique in which tissue is transferred from one part of the body to another with its blood supply reconnected under a microscope.
