Mr Dakshinamurthy Sunderamoorthy underwent his medical training in India before moving to the UK in 1998 to complete his specialist training in orthopaedics in Wales and Merseyside. He went on to complete a fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at Leeds University Teaching Hospitals with Mr Nick Harris. He has also done a post CCT senior fellow post doing lower limb arthroplasty at Swindon’s Great Western Hospital.

Mr Sunderamoorthy has worked at a variety of hospitals across the country including the Royal Derby Hospital, Mid Yorkshire Hospitals, Nottingham University Hospitals and Leeds University Teaching Hospitals before coming to Grimsby.
